QuickSell ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and web service.

We collect the following types of information:

• Photos you upload: Images you submit for price estimation. These are sent to our AI processing service (Google Gemini) and are not stored permanently on our servers.
• Device identifier: A randomly generated anonymous ID stored on your device to manage your scan balance. This is not linked to your identity.
• Advertising ID: Used by Google AdMob to serve rewarded video ads (for example, watching an ad for an extra scan) and to measure ad performance. You can reset or limit use of this ID in your device's settings.
• Purchase history: If you buy a scan pack or subscribe to Pro, Google Play handles the transaction and shares the purchase status and token with us so we can verify it and credit your account. We do not receive your payment details (card number, etc.) — those are handled entirely by Google Play.
• Usage data: Anonymous scan counts and app usage patterns to improve the service.
• Error logs: Crash reports and error data collected via Sentry to help us fix bugs.
• Usage counters: We count how often certain actions happen in the app — for example how many scans were started on a given day. We store a daily total per action name and nothing else. These counters are not linked to your device, your photos, your items, or any price. They cannot be traced back to you.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-powered price estimates for items you photograph
• To manage your free and paid scan balance
• To process purchases and keep your Pro subscription status up to date
• To serve and measure rewarded video ads through Google AdMob
• To improve app performance and fix errors
• To prevent abuse of our service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

4. Data Storage

Your scan history and collection data are stored locally on your device. Your scan balance and Pro subscription status are stored on our secure Cloudflare servers tied to your anonymous device ID. Photos are processed in real-time and not permanently stored.

5. Children's Privacy

QuickSell is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Clear your local data at any time via device settings
• Reset or limit your advertising ID via your device's Android settings
• Manage or cancel your Pro subscription any time via Google Play
• Request deletion of your server-side balance data by contacting us

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, signed API requests, and rate limiting to protect your data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
